The Management of BODEGAS MAYADOR, a company dedicated to the production and elaboration of products derived from apples and other sparkling beverages, with the objectives of continuous improvement, quality, innovation and respect for the environment. It implements and maintains an Integrated Management System based on the International Food Standard (IFS v6. l) and the ISO 14001: 2015 standard with a clear focus on the customer as the main interested party, through the unequivocal identification of the requirements of the products we produce, evaluating in advance the impact on the environment of all our products, which is based on the following Corporate Policies:

  • To achieve a high level of quality in our products and services, without failures and attending not only to the needs of the interested parties, but also to their expectations, always within a system of permanent continuous improvement. 
  • Optimal management of resources, establishing mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, promoting the adoption of the best available technologies and the most appropriate infrastructure to ensure the fulfillment of objectives, emphasizing information and continuous training, staff qualification and fluency in internal and external communication. 
  • To reduce to the minimum possible the significant environmental impacts derived from our activities, focused on the consumption of resources, the generation of residues and the spillages, in order to contribute to the Prevention of Pollution and Environmental Protection.
  • To develop its activities under a self-control system based on the principles of

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System.

  • To support the functions of the HACCP team within the framework of the provision of resources, to guarantee the development of its functions. 
  • Identify and evaluate the legal, regulatory and other requirements applicable to all processes over which the organisation can exercise direct control, especially those related to product requirements and significant environmental aspects. 
  • Comply with the preventive measures described in the table of hazard analysis and associated risk assessment by the Food Defense. 
  • To ensure that its activities are carried out with independence and objectivity, always working with ethics and professionalism. 
  • Avoid in all operations cross contamination between any product, especially with HALAL products. For the latter, always buy from certified Halal suppliers or with an internal declaration of conformity Halal and keep the training of the workers updated. 
  • Through a Food Fraud procedure, identify, mitigate and monitor the sources of fraud in the ingredients used and controlled at the place of origin for adequate consumer protection through a good control of approved suppliers.
